Balance labeled Unique 27B spring window balance

I think I need the bottom plastic piece (shoe?) that hooks the window to the spring pulley shown in image from a working window. Window is vinyl, tilt out, double hung. Do you have a suitable part?

We should be able to replace your pivot shoe but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
