Balance lock

Looking to replace the piece. Also some advise on getting the old one out and new one back in. Outside of breaking the old one to pieces but that doesn't solve getting the new one back in

Thanks for reaching out to us. I suspect this might be the 15-216, but I can't be completely sure from these photos. You'll ultimately have to remove the old one to confirm the specifications. As for removal, you'll need to make a cutout in the window track if there's not one already. We show how to do so in the video below.
