Not sure what option to pick. On the metal frame is 28A po BSI.

We don't currently have a 28A option for this balance, but I'm happy to look into that for you. Before we go any further, can you verify the width of your shoe? Can you also tell me the exact weight of your sash, down to the ounce?

7 oz is extraordinarily light. To clarify, the sash is the glass panel that the balances support, not the balance itself. The sash weight is helpful to calculate how strong the springs need to be.

Thanks! So, the 28B stamp for the S775-28 channel balance can carry 12 through 18 pounds. That should be perfect for your window, and has a 1-1/4" shoe option.
