Balance part is broken

Your balance appears to match our S795-35 channel balance. The only issue is that your old shoe is open, while that shoe that comes with our balance is closed. With that in mind you'll need to purchase a 15-195B open shoe separately and swap them out when you get them. The video below shows how this is done; it's very easy.
