Looking for balancers for Nuprime windows. They are missing so I don't know what to measure to order new. Stamp says 1240.

Thanks for posting! It's hard to make out all the details for your nylon attachments while they're still installed. Can you confirm if they have wings? If so, I would recommend either our S380-13 or S385-13, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. If they don't have wings, see our S390-13 or S351-13 instead. These are also only different because of the shoe size.
