Balance rails in unknown window shot

Question

I don't know the brand of windows but they were place at the time of construction in 2007.  One of the balance rails is shot and needs to be replaced.  The number on the channel is 27E.  What brand of window and what is the price of a replacement assembly?

Thanks for posting. We can help you replace your channel balance, but any components of the window frame structure I am afraid we do not carry. It's not clear what brand of window it is, as window balances are very brand-independent. For your channel balance, see our S770-27 with a stamp option of 27E. Let us know what you think.
