2820 29in. Balances, can you tell me what series I need.

Depending on the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe will determine whether the S351-29 or S390-29 balance would work. The depth of the bottom shoe for the Series 351 is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Whichever one chosen will use a 2820 option that holds a sash weight of 12-16 pounds.

Hi Manuela,
So by show you are talking about the plastic pieces on each end. I measured the one at the bottom. It is one inch. So that would mean I need an S351-29 correct?

I am going to order two S351-29 's for one window and see how it works out before I order for the rest of the windows.
