Balance replacement

Question

Hello my name is Jorge Blanco (954) 661-6214. I have eleven ES brand Double Hung Impact Windows (heavy). They never worked correctly and the all the balances have started to fail. Some have the DS markings stamped on the balance and others don't ? I have been told that some of these balances may not have the correct strength for these heavy impact windows. In total I need 22 balances of varying sizes below, these are the current markings on the balances:

It looks like you could be using with S380 or S385 channel balances, depending on the depth of the bottom attachments as shown below.

If these never worked correctly, someone probably installed the incorrect spring strengths, which is what those stamp numbers indicate. I recommend weighing each window that is a different size and choosing your spring strength options based on the charts under our product descriptions. Thank you!
