The balance measures 29" of the channel and measures 30 1/4" to the hook on the top of the balance

We might be able to help with this balance, but I feel like some components are missing. Can you show me a picture of the pivot shoe that went with this? That is an important detail and should let me narrow down the list of possible replacements.
