Hello! Your balance looks like a close match to our S370-33. This comes with a 19-004 top and 15-002 bottom nylon fitting pre-attached and is ready to install out of the box. Look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions.

Hello, I finally got around to ordering these and unfortunately I'm starting to think the previous owners had replaced the originals with the one I originally sent a photo of. I do not think they are the correct item for the window. I went to check another window upstairs and the plastic fitting on the end is not flat. I believe we need the style like the photos I am attaching now. Thank you in advance for your help.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear about that. It has happened to me before so I understand that it can be frustrating.

This balance here looks like it'd be closer to either our Series 380 or Series 385. These are identical in every respect except for shoe size; I'll share a diagram below that shows you the difference.

As for the balance you already purchased, you can return that to us for a refund. See our return policy here to get the ball rolling.

Thanks again for all your help. After removing the window and weighing it, it appears the previous owners not only had the wrong size for the footing, but also the wrong balance for weight.
They had 3220's in the window and the window weighed almost 30 lbs...does that mean I will need a 3250 to hold the window properly?

Yes, for a 30 pound sash being used on a 33" long metal channel, you want the 3250 stamp option (28 through 32 pounds of support). As for the shoe, as long as it's 1-3/32" deep then the S385-33 should work perfectly well.
