Balance replacement

Photo showing the good side. The other side of the window the balance was broken off. I need to match what's in the photo for a replacement

Thanks for reaching out! The parts you have showing here in your photos are the pivot bars. These are what connect to the pivot shoe/balance shoe to help the sash tilt in and out as well as to guide the coil assembly and the sash in the window channel.

Your pivot bar looks like it could be our 26-398 or our 26-405. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing pivot bars to confirm which of these is the right fit.

If you are, in fact, looking to replace the window balances, I'll need to see the assemblies removed from the window.
