Balance replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. We couldn't cross-reference the information given, unfortunately. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need to see photos of the balance assembly removed from the window. We'd specifically like to see the top and bottom of the balance. 

Thank you! Your balance looks like a match for the S350. The bottom shoe measures 1-3/32" deep, as shown below. The metal channel should measure 16" long, not 17". We recommend confirming to be sure.

The 15A stamp may translate to our 1510 stamp, for a sash weighing 4 to 6 pounds, but we recommend you weigh the window sash to confirm.
