Balance replacement

Hi there!! I have several windows that I want to replace the balancers. Can you please help me identify which one I need to order. The metal piece is 31 inches long. The numbers printed on it are 3040. See pictures for any other specifications I might be missing. Thank you for your help!

Hello there. I think this might be either a S380-31 or S385-31. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. For a stamp option choose 3040.
