Thanks for posting! Glad our videos helped you. This appears to be either an S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option, use 2940.

The "heel-to-toe" measurement appears to be closer to an inch. It looks like there could be some wear on the plastic. Question...if I went with the 1 3/32" would the sliding action be a little tighter or possibly too tight to slide at all?

If you went with a Series 385 when you really needed the Series 380, yes, there would be some issue closing the window. Note that if the depth is at all greater than 1", even if it's less than 1-3/32", then you probably need the Series 385, and the shoes have just worn from age. It's when the depth is 1" or a little less than 1" that I'd lean Series 380
