I need assistance in ordering a replacement part. Diameter is 5/8
Length of tube is 29.75
No colored tip found
Window tilts and lower pane is Approx 30x34

It sounds like you have a spiral balance for a tilt window. If the outer tube diameter is 5/8", see our S600-30. You will also need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S600-30 store page to determine the correct tip color option.
