Hello,
This is an old-style rod balance that is no longer made but one of our more modern channel balances can likely work as a replacement. Unfortunately, the current hardware shown in your photos is too damaged to identify.
Do they have an undamaged version from the other side or another window that we can see uninstalled? We'll also need to confirm the length and see a picture of whatever clip or shoe is at the bottom of the assembly. Thank you!

I do not, but maybe could run by the property and take a photo of it. Our maintenance guy also stated he has a part number he believes. Would that work?

Unfortunately, there is no part number on these balances that would tell us the correct replacement, so we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from one of the windows in order to recommend a replacement.

Question, do I need to send a good one directly to you or will photos work? We may be looking at around 10 all together.
Also, our owner is asking what price range are replacement parts

We would just need to see photos of an undamaged balance assembly removed from the window. As far as pricing, we can't be sure until we determine the correct replacement but many of our balances average around $10-$15 each, though some can be more expensive.

I have attached photos of a working track or undamaged balance. There was no way of me being able to take it apart in fear that I would break something. I have attached photos. I hope it helps.

Unfortunately, we can't see the bottom fitting with the balance still installed, which we need to identify a replacement.
