Balance replacement

Good morning,

I need to find the balance needed for my Andersen window. These windows were installed in 1985. I find the following stamps on the current balance. There is no identification on the window itself.

Andersen Bayport11600-17

BL13 10#31 5-85

Can you give me the part number needed based on the above information.
