Hey there,
Thanks for posting! I am confident we can provide you with a replacement for the balances but I'll need to see the assembly removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. I'm looking to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments.
We would not be able to get you set up with a repair person to fix the window for you; however, I can provide you with a video that details the removal/installation process. The balance in the video may not be the exact balance you have but it should still be the same concept. Take a look and see if it might help.
