Balance replacement

I need to get a vinyl window replacement balance for my Jeld Wen window. It is a channel weight with 16C on it with the markings CJ  (BSI turned sideways) DT

Hello there. I am confident we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier. It just tells us the balance's strength. Please remove the balance and send us photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The style of attachments will determine what you need.
