Balance replacement for Simonton Windows

Question

Good morning. I'm trying to locate balance replacements for Simonton windows that are out of warranty. Several have cracked in the same location. There are no markings anywhere on the balance themselves. Therefore, I'm only able to provide pictures. I have a total of eight balances that have snapped - two top left, two top right, two bottom left and two bottom right. All of the windows where this has happened are double hung windows. I have included in the pictures I provided the product label from one of the windows if this may assist.

Take a look and compare our 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs, to your original hardware. I'd recommend holding onto the metal cams in your original Simonton pivot shoes since you may need to reuse them. Thank you!
