Balance replacement part, available?

Quick Learner from Myrtle Beach SC
See pics of broken retainer on balance housing. This is from a 20 year old window casing. I need four of these. Is there a newer style that would work as well?

Thanks for reaching out! When replacing window hardware, especially balance assemblies, it is suggested to use what was previously installed in the window. This is ensure that window maintains its function.

To complete your assembly, you'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. This is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw.

To confirm the correct coil springs, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal coil. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by the total number coils in the in window.

You may also need the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip which is used with the 15-182 Balance Bushing to anchor the coil to the frame.
