The stamp on your balance indicates that this is an older model that we no longer use. Our S390-21 should work for you but you will need to weigh your window sash so that we can provide an accurate recommendation.

The weight of the window is 34.6 so I should use the 2040 is that correct

If the sash is 34.6 pounds then the 2040 option will be too weak. According to the chart on the S390-21 store page, the 2040 option can only carry 15 through 23 pounds.

Since your sash is so heavy, your balance will have to be specially made. Before we get started, can you just tell me how many you need?

It would need six units for the 3 windows for now, later I will order 6 more please tell me if I would need to pre-pay and the total. I can pay with PayPal. My account is with my Email
