Hello!
It looks like you have a tilt window spiral balance. With that in mind, take a look at our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. I'm thinking you have the Series 900 but you'll want to measure the outer tube to confirm.
We don't sell that white cover in your photos but you should be able to reuse it. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
