I need to find a replacement balance rod for several windows. These are PGT windows on my house that was built in 1996 and several of the plastic parts or rods themselves are starting to break. The windows just slide up and down, they do not tilt. The rods have a stamp of 23 2 DP CALDWELL

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could remove your balance from the window to show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, as well as both end fittings, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Hi, sorry for the delay, I finally had a chance to pull the rod out. I attached a few pictures. Let me know if this gives you what you need or if you need more.
