Balance rod for Rollyson Aluminum non-tilt window, ~1992

Question

I believe the top is a 19-005, but not sure if the bottom (shoe?) is a 15-004 or 15-005, so looking for help making the correct call on both ends.

Here's how you can tell the difference: measure the shoe as shown in the photo below. If it measures 1-3/32", you have a 15-004 and a Series 385. If it measures 1", you have a 15-005 and a Series 380.
