Balance rod inquiry

Your photo shows an old-style balance with the sash bracket riveted to the spiral, which is not how balance manufacturers make these nowadays. We do offer the 3/8" diameter S400-26 spiral balance, which is compatible with a handful of brackets but we commonly recommend the 17-031.
