Balance rod measures odd size

Hi, I have windows that come with spiral balance rods. You have them, but I cannot determine what size replacement to use. The one's in your catalog measure 28 and 29 inches. The replacement item measures 28.5 inches. Please advise

For a spiral balance, you can round the length up to 29".
