Balance selection

Question

I need to replace S380-30 balances for my windows. Not sure what weight option I should choose. I have enclosed a picture of the stamp on the existing balances. I have ordered balances and various parts for my aluminum single hung window in the past but am not sure on this one.

Hi there. Good question. The stamp option 29-9 is from an old rating system we do not use. To know what stamp option you need, you'll need to weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the S380-30 shop page.
