Balance series
Hello there. If this is a channel balance, that stamp tells us the strength of the balance, but not its identity. To know what kind or Series of balance you have, we need to see the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel. The combination of fittings will determine the balance Series. Send us those pictures, and we should be able to narrow down what you need.
That's perfect, thanks. This looks like either an S380-30 or S3850-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the picture below to get what I mean. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, choose 2910 as a stamp option. Let me know if you have any other questions.
