Thanks for wriitng in. Take a look at our 15-188 to start. Go over all the dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.

I agree. I should add that your pivot shoe does look like an older version of the 15-178, so this seems correct. Let me know if you have further inquiries.

Being that the depth I measured was 9/16", I would say that the part with 17/32" depth is much closer than 1/2". I'm going with part no. 15-178.
