Balance shoe

I have a balance with a broken shoe. The number on the balance is: 26B BSI
Not sure if I need open or closed shoe, what is the difference? Can you tell from the number or picture what I have/need?

I can't tell if you have an open or closed shoe either, unfortunately. You should remove it to confirm. If there's a hole in the cam, so that you can see clear through, then you need the 15-195B. If it's solid in the back, then you have the 15-195.
