Balance shoe?

Please help me identify the part that's in the picture. I think it's the coil balance shoe. The bottom is cracked and the black slotted round part fell out.
I need to replace that part and if you have instructions on how to fit the window back in would be very helpful.

Hey there!

Take a look at our 15-180 shoe which uses the Series 190 coil springs. We also sell the 15-181 double support clip. Review the specifications and let me know if you have any questions!
