Our Pella window broke recently. From the research we have done, it looks like the part we would need from you is the 1" t-lock balance shoe, closed, part 15-194. Is this correct? Thanks!

Hello there. This looks like it indeed could be the 1" wide 15-194, but it also might be the 1-1/4" wide 15-195. You will need to remove the old T-Lock Shoe and measure the width to confirm which you need. Let me know if you have other questions.
