Thanks for posting! Your window pivot shoe looks like it could be the 15-231 Corner Locking Pivot Cam, Natural. Given the plastic piece lying off to the side and the measurement you've confirmed, I am confident that this is the replacement you'll need. Although, to be sure, carefully compare the dimensions below.

The black piece you have pictured here is the 15-225 Tamp-R- Lok III.
