I need to match the balance shoe. It's about an inch or inch eighth wide. It matches those pins for reference.

We can't be sure with the pivot shoe installed in the window but the 15-228 comes to mind. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. We also offer the 26-449 pivot bar that resembles yours. Thanks for posting!
