Balance shoe?

Seaway manufacturing made the windows I had installed in 2000. They suggested that you may have this part?

Hey, Tom. I recommend our 15-175 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. You'll need the number off the old spring to determine the best Series 152 option.
