This is from an Atrium 200 series single hung window. There is also a patent # on the small end tab. Its is D467490.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This looks like it could be either our 15-195 or 15-195B shoe. The only difference between these is that the 15-195B has an "open" cam, meaning the metal cam has a hole straight through to the other side, while the 15-195 has a "closed" cam, which is solid in the back. Look them over and see what you think.
