Balance shoe in jam liner #DB H03 32TG used with 2003 Peachtree double-hung, tilt in Series 500 windows

Is a balance shoe available and can it be replaced or does the whole jam liner need to be replaced? Do you carry either the balance shoes  or the jam liners?

We do not carry replacement jamb liners, but we should be able to assist with a new channel balance and shoe.

To further review, are you able to confirm the length, width and depth of the metal channel? Please also start by comparing the dimensions of the 15-233 locking terminal shoe.
