Balance shoe replacement

Hi there. I'm hoping you can help identify a pivot balance shoe I need. The windows are double hung Silver Line between 15-20 years old. The shoe broke free from the spring-loaded counterbalance. Attached are two photos of the broken piece. The number on the shoe is PAT 0467490 and PAT 4610108.
