Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This shoe reminds me of our Series 210 balance assembly. Our part measures 7/8" thick by 1-1/4" wide so you'll want to make sure yours does as well. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Yes this part looks like the lower half. I have a second piece that slides on to the top with 10 stamped on both sides, see follow up photo
