Hi
I'm looking to replace these channel balance shoes that have worn out and broken. The 3 light gray are the original shoes. The dark gray is my incorrect attempt to buy the swisco replacement shoe. The swisco one is too deep for the existing channels. It is at least 1/4 inch too deep so doesn't fit in the channel correctly. Is there a replacement available. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for writing in! I believe you may have a channel balance that has a grove at the bottom where the shoe is installed. Unfortunately, the 15-195 nor the 15-195B would be compatible with this channel.
You'll need the 15-236 1-1/4" T-Lock Spring Shoe. Keep in mind, this shoe is only made in a closed cam style.

Thanks for the info. These windows tilt inward. Does that rule out a closed cam option?

No, that would not rule out a closed cam option. The difference in the cam would affects how the pivot bar fits in to the shoe. All of our T-Lock shoes are for windows that tilt inward.
That said, you would need to replace the entire balance assembly if you need the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe.
