Balance shoe replacement for RJF windows

Hi. my name is Dave Humphrey and I live in Mankato, MN. about 12 years ago, I replaced all of the windows in my house from a company named RJF Windows in Owatonna, MN. they went out of business in 2012. they are all double hung windows. on some, the balance shoes are breaking (hopefully,I have the terminology correct). I included a picture of the piece in question. it is the circular steel piece within the plastic balance and the actual size is 9/16

There are two pivot shoes that immediately come to mind. Start by looking at our 15-178, which is 17/32" thick, and our 15-188, which is 1/2" thick. One of these could work for you, but you will need to carefully compare our measurements to yours to confirm which.
