Balance shoe replacements

A handy person from Havertown, PA says:
October 4, 2021
I need 2 balance shoe assemblies with the coil springs. The balance supports are OK.
The balance shoes are 1 1/2 inches high and 1 1/4 inches wide. The distance between the support and shoe is 20 inches.

The coil springs broke and the shoe assemblies are cracked.
