Yes, this balance will have to be custom made. We can definitely help, though. Specifically, we would use the 15-025 shoe and 19-008 top. Before we continue, I just need you to verify some details.

First, these balances are used on a hinge window, which means that the two balances used on one sash won't necessarily be the same. Each balance should have a different stamp, and one of them will be missing the 15-025 shoe entirely.

Can you confirm how many pairs you need? Can you also clarify the details I mentioned above? That is, what is the stamp on each balance, and which of the stamps is missing the 15-025 shoe?

Once I have that information we can work from there.
