We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. 

If you need new spiral balances as well, we'd need to confirm the length and diameter of the balance tube, which should be 3/8" or 5/8". Thank you!
