Hello there, I do have a 28 inches long window balance, I had enclosed a picture with number on it. Can you give some advice of which size is the right one? I need 4 pieces.

Thanks for reaching out! I confident that we can supply you with the right replacement. However, to confirm the balance you'll need for your window, I'll need to see a photo of the attachment in the photo from the front (or open side) of the channel. I'll also need to see a photo of the top plastic attachment.

Hi Walter,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 28" balance with a 2740 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
