I've hunted all over and can't find the maker marks or stickers, so I don't know the name or model of the windows.
There is a spiral shaped balance (I believe it's called) that we need to replace. A window in the house does not have them. I have attached pictures showing a window that DOES have the spiral balance and then a couple pics of the window where it's missing.
If it helps, the window also have tilt tabs that look like this:

I am ordering a bunch of those. Maybe that adds a clue as to the manufacturer?
The windows were the originals that came with the house and the house was built in 2000.
Balance (spiral shaped) needed, not sure of window make or model

Another thing I wanted to mention is that there is no tube on the balance. As you can see in my pics, it's just a spiral-shaped piece of metal between the top and bottom "shoe" or connector pieces. In your catalog, it looks like all of your balances have a cylindrical tube around it. Does that matter?

Hello! I'm confident we can help replace this.
Now, I would bet that your balance does have a tube. Looking at the fourth picture in your first post, your window has a balance cover that's obscuring where the tube would be. I bet if you remove that cover, you'll see your balance is a pretty close match to the types we carry.
As for the balance itself, it'll be either our 5/8" diameter Series 600 or 3/8" diameter Series 900. The best match will depend on the diameter of the aforementioned tube.
