Balance spring for alveco window

I'm trying to fix my window, but I haven't been able to find anyone willing to do a repair—everyone just wants to replace the whole thing. So I removed the sash to identify what type of balance spring I need and where I can get it. The windows are Alenco brand from the mid-1990s.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S395-28 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2730. Let me know if you have further questions.
