Balance spring hook

Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can provide a replacement for the hook at the bottom of your balance spring but I cannot make any guarantees. It appears you have a jamb liner spring balance, which isn't a balance we can supply but we do have a few parts compatible with them.

That said, I will need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window track to identify it and confirm if there is a replacement we can recommend.
