Thanks for posting. Your balance resembles our S385-30, which has a 19-005 top fitting and 15-004 bottom fitting. As long as the dimensions we show for these fittings match yours, then this would be a good match. Let me know if they differ, though, and we can find something better.

Ok with bal S385-30

Top 19-005 dimensions all match but angle at top is not like existing. 5/16" flat ( 45 degree down ) see pic.
Bottom 15-004 depth on existing is 1" vice 1 3/32" on 15-004. Other dimensions match

Great, thanks! In that case, our S380-30 would be a better fit. This shoe is only 1" deep like yours, so that should be fine. The 19-005 is a little different from your top but you won't notice the difference. They both perform the same job the same way.
